Pricing questions

Are there hidden fees or overage charges?

No. You pay the monthly price of your plan and nothing else. If you go over your monthly requests, requests keep coming in and we suggest a bigger plan; we never bill per extra return.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are monthly or yearly, and you can change or cancel at any time from the Plan page in the app.

Will I be charged after I uninstall?

No. Easyback is billed only through your Shopify invoice, and Shopify stops app charges as soon as you uninstall.

Can a feature move to a more expensive plan after I sign up?

Not for you. Features included in your plan when you subscribe stay in your plan for as long as you keep it.

Do I pay per return?

No. Each plan includes a number of requests per month in its fixed price.

Is there a free trial?

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and the Free plan is free for as long as you like.
