How the switch works

Install Easyback
Install from the Shopify App Store. Both apps can run side by side, so nothing changes for customers yet.

We copy your rules
Return window, excluded tags, reasons and exchange options are set up to match what you have today.

Point your returns link
Replace the Synctrack portal link in your menu and emails with the Easyback portal at /apps/returns.
4
Finish open requests, then uninstall
Let open requests finish in Synctrack, then uninstall it. New requests already arrive in Easyback.
